PBS, new queue system

• PBS already running on both clusters

• Useful commands

  • /usr/local/PBS/bin/pbsnodes -n
  • /usr/local/PBS/bin/qstat -q

• Installation on a new machine

  • /usr/local/PBS
  • /usr/spool/PBS

• Adding new user to the queue

  • Add user on master
  • Sync the info to the nodes or wait (it is done automatically every hour)
