RDC / X-PLOR refinment (2 of 4)

• RDC refinement with X-PLOR

  • Getting Da and R from maximum likelihood methods
  • New templates for doing the refinement automatically with X-PLOR (sa_after_AS.inp).
  • WR64Tt (BRCT) refined with this procedure
  • Paper submitted, coordinates and constraints sent to PDB to replace the ones on hold (will be released June 20, 2003)
  • New template available with great flexibility and robustness
  • It was the seed for the new sa_after_SA.inp for full refinement (RDCs included) after AutoStructure calculation
