ANALyze COVAriance { <dynamics-covariance-statement> } END is invoked from the main level of X-PLOR.

<dynamics-covariance-statement> :==

<trajectory-statement>

defines the input data; see Section 11.1.3.

SET1=<selection>

selects ``SET1"-species (default: (ALL) ).

SET2=<selection>

selects ``SET2"-species (default: (ALL) ).

OUTPut=<filename>

writes the covariance matrix to the specified file (default: OUTPUT).
