Syntax

DUPLicate { <duplicate-statement> } END

is invoked from the main level of X-PLOR. The END statement activates the deletion.

<duplicate-statement>:==

RESIdue=<residue-name>

specifies the residue name of the duplicated atoms (default: same as original atoms).

SEGId=<segid-name>

specifies the segment name of the duplicated atoms (default: same as original atoms).

SELEction=<selection>

selects the atoms that are to be duplicated.
