void BcastStateInBin::seek ( int loc ) [virtual]

Set the current position in the file. The default implementation does nothing. Reimplemented from StateIn.

int BcastStateInBin::seekable ( ) [virtual]

Return non-zero if seek does anything sensible. The default implementation returns 0. Reimplemented from StateIn.
